Growing Up
I was born in Chicago, March 21st, 1998. I've grown up with my younger cousin; our families have lived together for the majority of my life. My first few years were spent in South Heights before my mother turned our family into a modern day nomad group. I moved to Kentucky and lived there for a short period of time. At this time we were not with my aunt.
When we relocated to Indiana, we settled into a large house in a small town with my aunt again. I've spent the majority of my life here. My mother has moved us around a couple of times but we've always come back. We tried living in Missouri and northern Indiana.
I spend my summers in Chicago and it's suburbs with my older cousins. The expierences and places I've been to have driven my passion for art. I've been on a few field trips as well in the area. I've been to the Art Institute as well as shooting street photography throughout the China town and Down town areas.
Education
I've always had a passion for art, constantly doodling and playing with play dough as a child. As I entered middle school I quickly discovered that art was in my blood and over the years my skills and desire grew. I've taken Fibers, Drawing and Painting, Advanced 2-D, Several years of Digital Design and Photography, and a little bit of Ceramics.
I plan on going to a college to pursue a career as a Professional Photographer and/or an Art Educator. For the longest time I wanted to become a general arts teacher for High School, but after working on extra curricular and atheletic events with my Ceramics/Digital Design/Photography teacher, I discovered that Professional Photography was what I wanted to pursue.
